The lodge interior is very well furnished with a modern and contempory feel.

Block paving,landscaping and patios are supplied within the cost of the lodge and our sales staff and park managers are always on hand to answer any questions you have.

During the past few years, there has been a further development of pitches created. This new, prestigious and spacious development, with fabulous sea views, has been laid out exclusively for lodge style holiday homes.
Various models are available from a number of different manufacturers with something to suit all tastes and budgets. These homes which can have up to 800 square feet of space, comprise a lounge, dining area, fully fitted kitchen, up to three double bedrooms, bathroom and shower room.
Options include double glazing, tiled roofs and either full gas fired central heating or electric radiators. They come furnished and can also be equipped with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
All holiday lodges at Sauchope have brick surrounds, driveways, front door and patio steps. In addition, all are connected to the main services - gas, electricity and water. Some have showers while others have full size baths, central heating and even a telephone should you wish.
Owning your own holiday home gives you seclusion, fun and freedom and suits all types of holidaymaker: from the family to the tourist; the sanctuary-seeker to the adventurer to those wanting to indulge in all the sports that the area has to offer.
Please note: Owners of Holiday Homes at Sauchope may use the park for 10 1/2 months of the year. The Park will be closed from mid-January to the beginning of March each year. |
