Occupancy plan

The occupancy plan will be different depending upon which one of Largo Leisure’s four holiday parks you choose, but the basic rule would be that each owner would have the equivalent of one week per calendar month and that this week would change every year on a rota basis so that all four owners would in turn have the more popular weeks such as Christmas, Hogmany and the more popular summer weeks.

You can even choose, if you wish, to let through our experienced park managers, any of your allotted weeks that you are unable to use thus giving you a handy income to put towards the running costs of your holiday home.
